You will receive a Statement of Attainment in TLILIC0005 Licence to operate a boom-type elevated work platform (boom length 11 metres or more) issued by MyneSight (RTO 31900) and an Assessment Summary (AS1) form once you have been deemed competent.
To apply for your High Risk Work Licence (HRWL), please contact Work Safe QLD within 60 days of your completed assessment. Please retain your AS1 form as proof of evidence.
