Where a participant is considered an inexperienced worker, additional time may be required to fully develop the necessary knowledge and practical skills prior to assessment.
In these circumstances, the trainer/assessor may recommend further workplace-based training under the supervision of a competent person. Training activities must be recorded in a logbook. Once the required experience and competency have been achieved, the participant may return to Momentum High Risk Training to complete the final assessment.
