Jacqui Shields is the CEO of Momentum High Risk Training (RTO 46410), where she leads the organisation with a strong focus on compliance, business growth, and people. She brings together her qualifications in Business, Education, Learning Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, and Training & Assessment with extensive industry experience to drive Momentum high Risk Trainings success across the mining, ports, and civil sectors.
Jacqui has worked directly with top-tier mining and port companies in the Mackay and Bowen Basin region, giving her a deep understanding of the high standards and expectations these industries demand. She oversees all aspects of administration, finance, legislative requirements, and marketing, while also building lasting relationships and networks that strengthen Momentum HRT’s reputation as a trusted training provider.
Known for her clear communication, logical approach, and people-first leadership style, Jacqui ensures Momentum HRT delivers training that is both professional and supportive. She believes in investing in people, empowering staff and students to achieve their goals, and creating a workplace culture that reflects safety, quality, and care.
Outside of work, Jacqui is a devoted mum who loves nothing more than spending time with her kids and being outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or simply enjoying the fresh air, she finds balance in nature. Her values of connection, growth, and resilience shine through in both her professional and personal life.
